Career guidance program, reasoning tests, aptitude tests, puzzle solving, group discussions, case studies are organized on a regular basis. In addition to it several HRD training programs these sessions help contribute towards the holistic development of the students and make them job ready. Personality Development programs

Systematic Conduction of personality development programs are conducted right from first year onwards and go on to fourth year of engineering course. These programmers are aimed at empowering budding engineers to enhance their self awareness ,emotional maturity, self motivation, social values responsible use of freedom, personnel grooming ,Critical thinking ,problem solving &self management skills .All these accomplishments were possible due to unstinted patronage by management, proactive support by Director, Principal and monitoring by dedicated faculty.
